ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made via www.dense.global (the “Site”).

1. RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision to cancel by contacting:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Order number

  • Details of the product(s) you wish to return

Once you have notified us of your intention to cancel, you must return the products within fourteen (14) days from the date of cancellation.

2. RETURNS

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be unopened

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in a condition suitable for resale

Unless the products are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Return instructions will be provided upon receipt of your cancellation request.

3. REFUNDS

If you cancel your order in accordance with this policy, you will receive a refund of:

  • The purchase price of the returned product(s); and

  • The standard delivery charges paid (where applicable)

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods; or

  • You have provided satisfactory proof of return

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive products that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

In such circumstances, we will:

  • Provide instructions for return; and

  • Cover reasonable return shipping costs

A full refund or replacement will be offered where appropriate.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of:

  • Opened supplements

  • Products where the seal has been broken

  • Items not returned in a resalable condition

unless such products are faulty or supplied in error.

6. OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

We reserve the right to cancel an order or terminate a subscription where:

  • Payment authorisation fails

  • Products are unavailable

  • There has been an error in pricing or product description

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified and any payments received will be refunded.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery details provided are accurate

  • Products are stored and used in accordance with instructions provided

  • Product labelling and guidance are read prior to use
